Extra care

We understand that working days do not necessarily start at 9am and that parents of children at school age cannot always take the same long holidays or find child-minders to cover these holiday periods.

This is why we offer a breakfast club and holiday club, giving parents  the peace of mind knowing their children are being looked after by highly trained staff in a fantastic environment, where a wide range of activities are planned around the children.

Before School Care (Breakfast Club)

For morning drop-off (from nursery to school), we can take children – via prior appointment – from 7.30am. For a small charge we can give them a light breakfast and take them to school using our nursery minibus.

We have a dedicated room for breakfast club, but as places are limited and demand always high, we recommend you book your child’s place as far in advance as possible.

Holiday Care

High Bank operates a holiday club, which runs every school holiday from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

Parents can book half or full day sessions and each holiday a timetable of activities is planned. Details of these activities are provided nearer the time and an extra charge may be made if excursions are planned.

Specialist care

High Bank is also able to accommodate children with a variety of additional needs.

We don’t believe any child should be prevented from experiencing nursery and our highly qualified staff team are trained to work with children with a variety of requirements.
